Riverdale : Brave New World
Previously, the question of whether Jughead is dead remains in the air, although, what would a story be without its narrator? Fangs is dead, according to F.P which sends the Serpents into fight mode.
Off the start, it showcases Betty, Archie and Veronica mourning in front of a gravestone, but thank god it was just a nightmare. F.P reveals to him that Fangs is actually alive and the person who told him he was dead, wanted to push the Serpents into a fight that they couldn't win. On the way to hand her emancipation papers, Cheryl sees Hiram, Penelope and Claudius in the middle of a meeting in the barn. She tells Veronica about the meeting; who questions Hermione about it. Hermione tells her that it possible that Hiram may have ordered the attack at the debate. This seems highly likely seeing as there weren't a lot or any casualties from the attack, seems strange for someone who is posing as the Black Hood and wants to rid Riverdale of the "sinners". He could've easily shot Fred or Hermione, but he didn't because Hiram just wanted him to stir the pot and strike terror into the citizens. Actually, it turns out that the other black hood is Tall Boy, I missed that part.

Hermione lets slip that he's finally going to own all of Southside, but the last bit of property he needs is the Whyte Worm (the bar where the Serpents go). Veronica tells Archie who helps the Serpents escape into the Northside, away from the police sirens. All the students join together against Weathersbee, to protest the exile of Southside students and Weathersbee finally agrees to let them stay. Fred offers them accommodation at his house. Veronica buys the Whyte Worm and uses it to negotiate with Hiram. He ends up giving her Pop's in exchange for the Whyte Worm.

I'm just glad that Jughead is alive for another day because he's one of the four characters that really intensify the show's plot, so to kill him off would be a bad decision for the future of the show. Hiram's plans for the Southside can finally start as he won't have any resistance from the citizens as he owns all the land. I can see the Serpents and the Northside residents teaming up against the Ghoulies in the future. I can't wait to see where the next episode brings us, until next week...
